How it works right now
We’re not big enough for formal hiring rounds. If you’re interested in what we’re building and you have real skills to contribute, reach out directly. We’ll have a conversation. If there’s a fit, we’ll figure out the structure together — whether that’s contract work, part-time, or full-time.
Areas we work in
Hardware engineering
3D printing, drone airframes, sensor integration, and mechanical design. Hands-on work with real parts.
Software engineering
Full-stack web development, embedded systems, flight software, and internal tooling. TypeScript, React, Node, Prisma, and lower-level work ahead.
Aerospace & drone systems
Flight control, telemetry, mission planning, and systems integration. R&D-heavy work building toward real capability.
Operations & brand
Brand development, content, and business operations. Helping the company run well and communicate clearly.
What we look for

- You’re comfortable working across disciplines.
- You care about craft — in code, in hardware, in communication.
- You don’t need a big team to be productive.
- You’re interested in the long game, not quick exits.
Location
Based in Midland, TX with operations presence in Austin, TX. Remote is possible depending on the work. Hardware roles generally need to be on-site. Software work has more flexibility.
