What is Argoisten?
Argoisten LLC (AGST) is a small engineering company building across hardware, software, and aerospace. Founded by Polar Aflomaketen, based in Midland, TX with operations in Austin, TX.
Is Argoisten a startup?
No. Argoisten is a long-horizon engineering company working multiple tracks simultaneously. It's not chasing a single product or funding round — it's building real capability over time.
When was Argoisten founded?
Work began in 2021. Argoisten LLC was officially registered on October 7, 2025.
Can I order 3D-printed parts?
Yes. We offer multi-color precision parts through our Etsy storefront, and accept custom orders directly. Reach out via the contact page with your specifications.
Do you take custom software projects?
Yes. We build full-stack web applications, internal tools, APIs, and automation systems. Contact us with your requirements for a conversation.
What is AXR?
AXR (Argoisten Xact Rack) is our custom-built internal operations platform. It handles workforce directory, time tracking, project management, reporting, and admin functions.
Are you hiring?
There are no formal positions with job IDs or HR pipelines. But if you have real skills and are interested in what we're building, reach out — we'll have a conversation.
Do you do partnerships?
We're open to conversations about collaboration, especially in hardware engineering, software, and drone/aerospace areas. Contact us with what you have in mind.
Where are you located?
HQ is in Midland, TX. Operations work also happens in Austin, TX. Software roles may have remote flexibility depending on the work.
What tech stack does Argoisten use?
Our web platform runs on Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. Hardware side uses Bambu AMS 2 Pro for 3D printing. Internal tools are all custom-built.
How do I get access to AXR?
AXR is for authorized Argoisten personnel only. Access requires an employee access code issued by management. If you believe you should have access, contact operations.
