Operation Agreement

This page summarizes the internal operating framework for AXR, division structure, security control, and workforce administration.

Effective April 2026

Operational authority

Argoisten operates AXR as an internal workforce and operations platform. Access, division structure, publishing privilege, directory scope, scheduling controls, and administrative actions are governed by company authority rather than by individual account preference.

Role and division structure

Division assignments, leadership designations, moderation states, and project permissions are issued according to company operations and may be changed when business conditions require it. Division creation, review, and enforcement remain subject to management review and recordkeeping.

Workforce records and compliance

Employees are expected to maintain reasonably accurate information within their permitted scope. Management may review workforce records, project records, attendance, time issues, and security events to ensure continuity, accuracy, and policy compliance.

Security and access enforcement

The operation of AXR depends on secure credential handling, MFA, recovery-code discipline, controlled resets, and management oversight of privileged actions. Argoisten may enforce additional controls, suspend risky actions, or restrict access when security posture requires it.

Internal systems and communications

Internal communication, reporting, scheduling, and publishing systems within AXR are part of the company operating environment. They may be reviewed, retained, or audited by authorized leadership to support business operations, incident response, and internal accountability.

Policy change and operational updates

Argoisten may revise operating procedures, review flows, retention policies, and internal controls as the platform matures. Continued use of AXR after such changes indicates acceptance of the current operating framework.
