Scope
This page serves as the formal privacy-policy companion to the live privacy notice. It summarizes how Argoisten treats personal data, workforce information, operational records, and security-relevant events across the public site and AXR.
Categories of information
Relevant categories may include account identity, workforce profile details, division and project assignments, time and scheduling records, internal communications, security logs, and support or contact submissions. Not every category applies to every visitor or user.
Business purpose
Argoisten processes information to operate internal systems, authenticate users, assign work, maintain records, respond to requests, route internal messages, secure infrastructure, and meet business, legal, or compliance obligations.
Access limitation
Argoisten limits access according to role, internal operational need, and security scope. Sensitive records are not broadly exposed to all users and may be restricted to the subject employee, leadership, directors, or administrators.
Retention and enforcement
